I recommend as AWESOME! A sign that the public was ready for erotica in mass consumption, the whole world was treated to the salacious exploits of a man who could blow off some steam through worker shut-downs and trite meaningless conversation with suck-ass failure junkies. To my innocent years, the multiple uses of a cigar were most enlightening as well as the delight of a true gynophile to a woman’s company. For better or worse, the hero set a standard against which all men found themselves compared.
The Ken Starr Report by Ken Starr
“The President indicated that Ms. Lewinsky should perform oral sex while he talked on the phone, and she obliged.(323) The telephone conversation was about politics, and Ms. Lewinsky thought the caller might be Dick Morris.(324)”
UPDATE: Starr recently had to leave his position as Chancellor of Baylor University due to a sex scandal–he failed to enforce the rules that applied to football players accused of sexually assaulting other students.
I recommend as entertaining. The heroine, having the patience of a saint, falls for the fumbling-foot-in-mouth-inserting hero in the classic theme of opposites attracting. As the screw-ups continue to pile, the hero is fortunate that the heroine still is bothering to argue with him. The intimate bits? Well…if the reader has ever had the fantasy of the guy who dumped her to come crawling back, this will get her hormones up.
Slade by Laurann Dohner
“This is the last chance I’m giving you. I mean it. I won’t give you another chance if you ever hurt me again. You pull another disappearing act and that’s it. I’ll be stick-a- fork-in-me done.”
I recommend as entertaining/enjoyable. Professional escort & assassin with serious daddy issues meets her match: an honest man with integrity, well sort of…He’s not exactly a man. Anyways, she’s addictive and he’s not quite wholly himself; it’s a match made in an alternate universe.

And what a finish! He thrust beneath me, my stallion, galloping ahead so fast and furious it was all I could do to keep up.
